Apple reported a 2% improvement in its revenue last quarter compared to the same quarter last year. According to the Cupertino firm, this was attributed to a large number of iPhone “switchers”.

According to Apple, more Android users are switching to iPhone during the recent quarter
As ZDNet reports, Apple CEO Tim Cook said their revenue record and “switchers” population improved for the latest quarter.
During the earnings call, the tech boss acknowledged that “switchers are slowly moving to the iPhone. That doesn’t mean the Android platform is dying, but it does mean more patrons are coming to the iPhone for the change.” .
“And this level of sales performance combined with unmatched customer loyalty, the iPhone active installed base, resulted in a new all-time high across all geographies. In fact, the latest survey of 451 US consumers from Research indicates iPhone customer satisfaction.” is 98%. In a similar story from ZDNet, the iPhone is driving a strong market in select regions including India, Vietnam and Indonesia. Maestri explained that they want to study the impact of geographic distribution on the adoption of Apple products.
According to Cook, the high rate of iPhone switcher is due to 5G technology and high level of customer satisfaction.
Cook continued that customer loyalty and satisfaction should be important things every company must maintain. Additionally, he said that 5G penetration in the market had gone globally, so it means more users will be able to use it.

Apple reported a 12% increase in revenue from its services, while it improved to 3% due to iPhones.
